Easy Peasy Granola

METHOD:

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas 5

Melt the peanut butter, honey and milk in a smaller bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave on high to soften.  Pour this into a larger bowl containing the oats and mix thoroughly.

Squish together if you want big crunchy clusters.

Bake for  20 minutes on a large baking tray tossing halfway through.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 mugs oats

  • 5 tablespoons nut/seed butter

  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey

  • Splash of plant milk




TIPS: Serve with your favourite fresh fruit, top with coconut yoghurt or drown in your favourite plant based milk.
