Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully before you book as they form the basis of a contract between yourself (‘you’/’yours’) and GS Wellness Ltd (Trading as Re:nou Retreats) (‘we’/‘us’/’our’).
1. The Retreat
Included in the retreat is:
6 nights’ accommodation in the villa - your choice of single or shared occupancy and type of room will be confirmed at the time of booking
Brunch, Light Lunch and Dinner (including one dinner in Mykonos town)
Refreshments - tea, coffee, water, juices

1 half day boat trip

GS Method cork exercise mat
Excluded in the retreat are flights, transfers and travel insurance
2. Reservations and Deposit
In order to reserve a place at the retreat you need to complete the booking reservation form with agreement to the Term and Conditions. We will then email you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable booking deposit which is payable within 2 days. Once this fee has been received you will then receive an email confirming your place. If your booking is made less than 45 days before the start date then full payment is required.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking without explanation, in which case all monies paid will be refunded.
We strongly recommend that at the time of booking you have suitable travel insurance in place as this is not included.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, appropriate visas and vaccinations to attend the retreat, and are able to travel to our destination independently.
3. Balance Payment
The balance of the cost is due 30 days before the start date and you will be sent an email reminder. We reserve the right to cancel your place and retain the deposit in the event that the balance is not paid in time.
4. Payment Methods
All payments are in British Sterling and no other currencies can be accepted.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Stripe using a credit or debit card
Or via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
5. Insurance
Personal travel insurance is a requirement of your booking for the entire duration of your holiday. The policy should cover the following:
Emergency medical care and repatriation, including if you fall ill with Covid-19 while on holiday
Existing medical conditions (if applicable)
Cancellation, including for reasons related to Covid-19
Curtailment
Travel disruption/delay
Loss or damage to personal possessions and money
Your planned activities
Personal Liability
We do not accept liability for loss or damage to your personal property nor any medical condition which may develop during or after your holiday.
6. Cancellation by you
If you wish to cancel you must notify us in writing via email to georgie@gsmethod.co.uk and the cancellation is only effective when we have acknowledged receipt.
Cancellation fees will apply as detailed below:
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking you will be given a full refund including deposit.
If you cancel more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, we will retain the non-refundable deposit and then refund any balance paid.
If you cancel 30 - 90 days days prior to the retreat start date we will retain the non-refundable deposit and then refund 50% of any balance paid.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date we will retain 100% of all monies paid and due.
If you fail to join the retreat, arrive after the commencement of the retreat or leave prior to the completion of the retreat, no deduction to the price of refund will be made.
Please note that in the event of you or any member of your party cancelling a booking for any reason we will not be liable for any cancellation fees in respect of flight, travel or other costs.
No cancellation will be provided for only part of a booking, such as where a room is booked for 2 guests who are sharing and one guest is unable to attend. The booking will need to be cancelled as a whole and we will do our best to offer any guest still wanting to attend an alternative room option, however there may be a supplement depending on the room occupancy and room rate.
In the event that a refund for the above cancellation reasons is warranted, this refund will be returned net of bank charges incurred.
7. Cancellation and Modifications by us
We reserve the right to cancel your retreat in any circumstance up to 8 weeks before the start date if the minimum number of guests required is not reached. In this event you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative retreat date if available.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if any balance payments are not paid by the due date.
Despite careful planning we may have to make changes to the retreat, for example due to staff illness or changes to the accommodation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. We may modify the activities and facilities included in the retreat.
Compensation will not be paid for minor changes such as changes of accommodation to that of a similar standard and changes of staff running the retreat.
If there is a significant change to your accommodation, we will refund upon your return, if applicable, the difference in price between the accommodation you have booked and the accommodation you were allocated.
If we make a major change we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you the choice of accepting the change of arrangements (with any price adjustments where relevant) or cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund of all monies paid.
If we have to cancel or make major changes to your booking due to Act of God or Force Majeure then it is agreed that any refund or value of an alternative retreat will be after the deduction of any irrecoverable expenses that GS Wellness Limited suffers as a direct result of such Act of God or Force Majeure.
Please note that in the event of us cancelling a booking for any reason we will not be liable for any cancellation fees in respect of flight, travel or other costs.
All bank charges, in the case of GS Wellness Limited issuing a refund of any amount or for any reason, are to be borne by you.
8. Exclusions
Without limitation, GS Wellness Limited, is not responsible or liable for bodily injury, death, delays, changes or losses caused by, but not limited to Acts of God, war, threat of war, closure of airports, air traffic delays, civil or political unrest, terrorist activity (threatened or actual in its consequences), industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire, pandemics, accidents or any other events beyond or within our control or other circumstances leading to force majeure; guests’ injuries, illnesses, medical nor psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the holiday; loss of/or damage to personal property of guests.
9. Covid-19 Policy
Covid Travel Insurance - you agree to have travel insurance in place for the period of the retreat that not only covers medical emergency treatment for Covid-19 but also covers cancellation if you can’t travel because you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 and/or have been advised not to travel because you or any travelling companion has had direct exposure to Covid-19 via the Test and Trace programme. In the event that either the UK or Greek Government implement a travel ban the retreat will be cancelled. Where possible we will try to reschedule the retreat but appreciate you may not be able to attend the rescheduled dates. If these alternative retreat dates are not possible for you, you agree in the first instance to submit a cancellation claim with your insurer. In the event that your insurer rejects the claim we will refund you for any monies already paid to us, in line with our general cancellation policy. We will not be liable for any cancellation fees in respect of flight, travel or other accommodation costs.
Covid-19 Safety at the Retreat - To keep you and ourselves as safe as possible on the retreat we will follow any local Government rules, but as a minimum we will have certain Covid procedures in place including:
hand sanitiser stations
lateral flow tests available at the villa
You must be up to date with your Covid vaccinations to attend the retreat
We will supply you with your own exercise mat and ask that you bring your own reusable water bottle.
If you experience Covid symptoms whilst at the retreat you agree to self-isolate in your room until you receive a negative PCR test result or until the retreat ends, whichever is sooner. We will try to offer you support during this time but regret that we would not be able to extend your stay at the villa in the event of you being required to self-isolate beyond the end date of the retreat but would endeavour to help you find alternative accommodation if needed (at your cost).

Governing Law - the contract for your retreat booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts. For the avoidance of doubt, you hereby irrevocably agree and confirm that you will not, or attempt to, take legal action in any other legal jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are doing so on behalf of yourself and any other parties included in your booking.
