Kale Crisps

METHOD:

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas 5

Put the olive oil in a roasting tray

Add the kale and massage the oil in to the kale leaves until fully coated

Place in oven for 5 minutes then check whether the kale is crisp - if not try another minute or so in the oven

Season with salt to taste

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 pack chopped Kale

  • 1-2 tbs olive oil

  • salt

TIPS: Add some chilli flakes to the olive oil for an extra kick
